* Update (April 1, 2020): We released a new episode to help agents make the transition from face-to-face sales to telesales. Listen to Episode 13 here.
The global community is experiencing and responding to a pandemic known as COVID-19 or the Wuhan Coronavirus. It’s now affecting our schools, sporting events, church gatherings, and as a result – our economy.
Because of this, life insurance agents are now in the middle of a very unique and challenging time. These are uncharted waters. For the simplified issue final expense market, mortgage protection market, and any other direct in-home life insurance sales markets, it poses significant questions and considerations.
Today’s impromptu episode is designed to provide some insights and discussion to some of these very fluid and rapidly changing circumstances and hopefully some considerations, recommendations and tools that can help life agents navigate this environment right now.

In this episode, Roger discussed a guide (or client update) his organization is using to show client’s if they receive objections or questions around the Coronavirus (COVID-19). You can download this guide for your own use by filling out the form below.
* If you filled out the form to receive your download link and don’t see the email within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam folder and add us to your contact list.
We recommend that you put this document in a protective sleeve or have it laminated so that way you can clean it between clients if it is used. This document is designed to be a tool if an objection is raised on the phone or at the door to reassure your client that precautions are being made. You can also use it once you enter the home and are sitting down with your client to let me know you are thinking about them and always striving to protect them and their family.
